I reviewed 10 different team collaboration packages including Asana. This beats all of them both in its simplicity, utility and the ubiquity. I can use it on Mac, iPhone, I watch with seamless simple integration. I love it!

I wish the files could be edited like google drive and not just adding notes. The chat is nice if everyone is collaborating on the exact same thing, otherwise if you only need to converse with one other on your team you need to create a completely separate binder with that person or you clog the chat feed with chatter that doesnt involve everyone.

I just started building a team from three different countries for a big project. In my opinion, this app is best in class for day-to-day team collaborating.

I keep waiting for my skepticism & cynicism to win out, but I am constantly being pleasantly surprised by this underground underdog. Im truthfully amazed at all it can do while remaining free. Keep it up Moxtra! 10 stars!!

Ive been using the app for about 5-6 months now and it is a very good app. Specially for being free. There are some things I would like the team to add or somehow integrate to Moxtra, but I know you cant cater to a specific client. Anyhow Ive emailed my suggestions about a month or two ago and got a reply within 2 days. Hopefully I see some of those suggestions soon. Again very good app that helps me with keeping track of my clients.

Ive been looking for alternatives to Slack, and since Im a heavy iPad user, I like the "Mobile First" approach that Moxtra follow. Its more powerful than Slack, since all attachments can be reviewed and approved, signed, etc. And it has VOIP capabilities. You can basically do all in one app, and thats great. A couple of things that I would like to see: 1 - Support for sending messages using the return key on iPad keyboard. Its really annoying to have to click on the screen every time you want so send a message typed on a Bluetooth keyboard. 2- Better support for Apple Pencil, such as palm rejection. 3- The ability to open a word document shared through Moxtra in DOCX and not only PDF. So one can review, re-edit, etc. 4- The interface is a little too cluttered and takes some time to learn all the tools. Slack is more user friendly, Moxtra should follow that approach. Last, I would love to see Moxtra being acquired by Microsoft, now that they gave up on buying Slack. Moxtra is way more powerful and merging that with Outlook mobile, Skype, Wunderlist and Sunrise Calendar would make my iPad the only tool necessary. Thanks for all the great work!

Ive never had such an incredible collaboration app all bundled into one mega program such as this. Moxtra is a godsend! Id pay for it but they hide the prices which is a red flag, but me and my team of 8 use this to conference and exchange ideas, and collab at least 10 hours a day. It is missing some crucial features though, we need a RAISE HAND BUTTON, POLLING SYSTEM, HOST/MOD ABILITIES, PASSWORD PROTECTED BINDERS , ALERTS WHEN SOMEONE ENTERS OR EXITS A VOICE CONFERENCE, INDIVIDUAL VOICE VOLUME SLIDERS AND IN-CLIENT MEETINGS (desktop puts your meeting into a browser session resulting in accidental endings.) I would pay for this gladly but not per team me,very, if I could get a 10-15member license for $20 a month Id be happy to upgrade. Instead it prompts you to email the, and then sends back an email saying you were marked as spam. Probably because my email says I would like to upgrade, how do I do it? Your site makes no mention of it." So other than some missing critical features and a shady upgrade/potential enforced pricing structure this is more than 5 stars for me. Thanks for making moxtra, please dont die out or Ill have to one up you by making one myself! Lol
