Moxtra is teamwork at its best. Period. Theyve thought of tons of features that enhance working together. Managing projects (binders) is intuitive and feature rich! Make the switch, you wont regret it.

I own a business and have used tons of teamwork apps in the past but the amount of things that this app can do (including the web and desktop app) is astounding. Not to mention the fact that its free.

I am a fan of efficient ways for collaborations. Moxtra has multiple functions that combines the features of Whatsapp, DropBox, skype, to and do lists all in one application. Can be use in smartphones, PCs, and MACs. I would have given it 5 starts if the delay better and if it would allow more files type to be edited inside the application.

We are using this app to manage multiple projects and couldnt ask for a better tool!

Best team communication/ project app I have used to date. The integration abilities are great. Hopefully they will expand the todo option to integrate with outlook and apples default task management tool. Also hopefully find way to integrate Sharepoint capabilities. Still best project app have used

This app is wonderful. Simply put its the texting/chat version of a conference call. I wish that there was a way to know who has read your message and when.

I have had such a success with this collaboration app. We have multi task dept that enable me to stay on top of day to day operations from anywhere in the world. We hope we could add a tracking device to it soon. Thank you Moxtra team.

I love the app - it has really helped me streamline communication with my teams on various projects. The only downside to this app - you cannot seem to preview or export excel files in its original format from the app itself. The preview it does provide distorts the file when converting to PDF. Team members still have to download it in order to review on a call.

I like the pages function. UI needs work to look more simple and facebooky. Opens slowly. Does not have a "like" function. Does not rid notifications when you go back onto the home screen. Overall a good app for collaboration but needs work.

I have been using Moxtra for around a month now after trying 6 other collaboration apps. I have implemented it in a very busy real estate team and seen them create great organization and efficiency as a result. Ive used it to manage the maintenance for 133 rental properties and can finally stay on top of our activities. And Ill soon be using it as a platform for mentoring and conducting webinars for students in our college planning service. During this time, Ive been in direct contact with members of the Moxtra team. They reached out to me after I submitted a support ticket. They respond personally to my questions and even use the built-in meeting ability to help me use the app better. And they take feature requests seriously. Heres why I recommend the app: -instant connection between team members. This thing connects faster than text! -the ability to assign and track action items, including using due dates and reminders to check up on an assigned task -the ability to upload documents, then immediately start a video chat, and mark up those documents or pics in the course of the meeting. This alone has been so helpful! -integration with other apps, especially Evernote. -the fact that each deal or project has its own "binder". Now things are organized and tracked according to their relevance. Ok. What I hope will be improved: -a separate category for events that affect a project and need to be on a calendar. Currently I schedule these events as if they are meets within the team. -the ability to fully archive a binder into some sort of file archive--perhaps an html archive. Real estate files and communications need to be saved for a number of years. The app is solid and has taken a coveted space on my bottom menu in my iPhone. If you need to virtually collaborate, share documents and pictures, track progress, and meet easily without using an extra app-Moxtra seems to have figured it out.

I use this app to communicate with my clients. I have been slowly migrating a lot of my communication with clients from webex and basecamp to moxtra. Great mix on tools. I have been using it to sign documents, voice/video conference, mark up projects , assign todos, as well as remote into your laptop if you need to grab a file. Its only getting better! We should be paying for this!!!

With no doubt this is the best app that I came across for team collaboration - all our team use this app both in desktop and mobile. Great work Moxtra team...
