Start it up and it shuts down all the time

Great app for keeping small businesses in the loop. Easy interface to navigate and organize.

I have searched and used several apps for weeks trying to organize my Real Estate clients. None of them really could get the job done like I need them too. Finally i found this one and it has really worked! The only thing I wish it had is a "Template" where you could generate new profiles/projects from repetitive documents and to dos. That would be amazing! Otherwise for now its getting the job done! Thank you!!!

Great working platform for a team. Powerful and simple to use.

We use this app on a regular basis. Used to use Slack, but Moxtra seems more basic and business oriented, and easier to use, so we gravitated to it. Were not yet used to the new features in latest update, but getting there. One drawback is that it doesnt integrate with many other apps.

Just used new version for two days, e-sign and new UI amazed me on simplicity and what Moxtra capable do for my team! Another great major upgrade!!! ************* Finally, recurring meeting is here now! Moxtra team, thanks for make our life easier, keep the good work!

I use Moxtra for my remote team collaboration and meeting. The user experience is wonderful. New update has great user experience!

So easy to learn and very organized from the start. I love it.

Sadly.. Trying to add notes to this app means having to write everything 3 or more times until it applies. Whole paragraphs just disappear in mid keystroke. Not worth money.. Not worth giving away either. App used to work well. If you enjoy having to type the same notes out multiple times until they finally record..

This has all the teaming features I need EXCEPT >recurring< tasks (it does have to-do) .. Aside from that I dont have to use any other app for teaming collabs or communications.. The bonus is the audio and video conference build-in with scheduling. Im not sure why I cant get a response from the help feature or email, but those are my only two concerns at this point.. Keep it up, Moxtra!!

This app is always late! I have checked the international connection via Skype and theres a great deal. However, I cannot do the same here and em really disappointed.

Ability to record screen on built-in web browser has proven powerful. It works well on iOS too. The Mac App is very strong and really does tie in very nicely. Setting up meetings and groups is quick and easy, but adding new users to a bunch of them is time consuming. Less cluttered than slack, which always seems like an Irish bar fight to me. Has nice integration with third-party apps like Github, Salesforce, Dropbox and so on. Couple of things though: When youre participating in a chat and the other party writes something then every device you have will chime to tell you there is a new message. Gets old when your wrist, phone and Notification Center in Mac are all going crazy. Apple Watch integration is weak as of this version. When you tap on a message alert you simply get the ability to reply, not read the message. Which makes it pointless. Managing users can be a bit clumsy. If a new person joins the company and is required to participate in Ann much of discussions youd better be ready to spend some time. The add user function is extremely manual and labor intensive. All that said, its the best of the bunch.

You can easily start meetings from within binders and 1:1 threads. Moxtra work calls sound like real calls so its easier to respond. Also packs a killer punch on file sharing

Easy to use for a team working on the same, project, few bugs, good architecture and features.
